Community Social Information
Clearview Oaks Condominiums began in the late 50s by Sidney Colen, owner of the property, and finished in the late 60s. He built 584 residential units so the people could live close to each other and enjoy the companionship of close neighbors and sharing common area expenses. The Martha Ward Pavilion (MWP) was built by Mr. Colen to be used for social activities of the residents. This building is for recreational activities of all the residents. In the 70s the residents of the community started a corporation known as the Clearview Oaks/ Paradise Condominium Social Club (CVOPCSC). It’s purpose is to give some organization to the activities in the condos and to provide camaraderie to the residents. Purchasing a unit in either Condo/Paradise Association or Management Association automatically entitles the owner to Social Club membership. There are no fees involved and no sign up requirements.
The Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (except Sundays). There is a library, pool table, stereo, digital TV, shuffleboard courts and regularly scheduled card games. There is also WiFi/Internet service available. Log in information can be obtained on the Association Portal under the Documents/Community Information Tab.
